Oden Out For Season

Ouch. This sucks for Portland... funny, though, how the draft lottery seemed to be Boston's worst nightmare and yet the way things worked out it turns out they got pretty damn lucky...

I think that guy/kid has some condition that ages him faster than the average human being. He just looks like he's 35 or 40. Obviously I'm just thinking out loud, but would anyone be surprised if it someday comes out that he has Old-fart Disease or something?

Anyhow, I feel bad for him, and the fans over there. This screams of Sam Bowie. Especially if Durant ends up being a stud in a class somewhere near MJ. Ouch. Wish him the best though since he seems to be a good guy.

Who would have thought that missing out on Oden was probably the best thing that could have happened to the Celtics? Danny spun what looked like a desperate situation into the new Big 3 - PP, RA, and KG.
