Is, "Is what it is", BB's version of the Serenity Prayer

my mind sometimes thinks pretty weird, but when I was out walking yesterday, thought about if "Is what it is", BB's version of the serenity prayer:

God grant me the serenity
to know the things I can't change
to know the things I can
and the wisdom to know the difference.

The serenity prayer is a very cool prayer, now matter how it's said. And if it helps him to get the OL together, all the better!

I take it to mean that trusting things at face value is the best view of reality.
