Yeah, I actually think Welker is his replacement. A very similar type of receiver.... I love Troy but I'd rather see him on the sidelines coaching.

I think to fully understand Moss' stats last year we should look at the yardage gained by other receivers, etc. I know it may be an excuse, but I think the qb situation has something to do with his fall in production.

My take is: if Brady can still do well with mediocre receivers, imagine what he could do with a true #1? Sure we can get by without them, but a low quality receiver corps is certainly not something we should maintain as a matter of pride.

Unlikely. I was in the ESPN live chat when he was taken, and the ESPN moderator didn't even know who he was. In fact, he didn't even have a profile up in the main draft interface. Almost nobody drafts players with about 20 snaps in their college careers.

I like the footage of his punt returns... For his receptions, he seems to be pulling the same move repeatedly, in which he stops and lets the defender's weight go by him before he moves ahead. Although this works throughout the highlight vid, I hope it's not something that defenses will be able...
