I don't post *that* much on here (though I read on a daily basis), but I help run UKPatriots.com.
Would encourage anyone that hasn't to come over and join us - particularly as we're hoping to arrange some pretty cool events around the game at Wembley this year!
The sad thing about the media (esp. ESPN) these days is that they see it as their job to publish inflammatory garbage though in order to provoke a reaction and get people talking about it.
Fact is, there's a whole thread dedicated to his prediction - whether it's ill founded or not, Wilbon...
Hate to state the obvious... but if BB/SP rated him as value with the pick, he'd be a Patriot. Cassel is a year away from being a FA (hopefully, we get someone to trade for him), O'Connell is an upgrade.
There are plenty of NFL and Pats fans here in the UK - many of whom are members at UKPatriots.com. We have occasional get togethers as well as a yearly road trip to Foxboro. Feel free to pop over and say hello!

Speaking as a fan from the UK, I can't wait to see the regular season game over here. But, hell, I don't wanna see the Pats playing overseas. EVER. So many things could potentially go wrong...

Even if (as expected) he makes the team, who's to say that he doesn't pull a Doug Gabriel? Reche has proven himself to be dependable, if largely unspectacular. He makes the roster, IMO.
Seems to me that quite a lot of the time it's the rookie WRs taken slightly lower down the draft that end up making the immediate splash too - the two mentioned were taken outside of the first round; Bolquin at 54 and Colston at 252.
