I am sure the Colts were aware of what was going on. The lines of communication are very open and the players are never afraid to go to Dungy and talk about their future. I am sure the Colts knew he was comtemplating it although I am not sure they knew if it was going to be this season or next.

Tom Moore has said several times he is too old to be a head coachand has no interest in taking over a new team. He is quite happy with being where he is. I can't blame him...he has one of the easiest OC jobs in the league.

Local news called Tarik in Mexico and while he is being mum about the retirement he IS planning on attending MC and an announcement either way can come as early as next week. It really makes no sense(unless he is just done with it all) as he is on the last year of his contract, is scheduled...
