While I don't think they will catch the Bears i do think the vikes will get a wildcard spot. Besides the game vs the Patriots and @ Chicago the remainder of their schedule is pretty soft (Green Bay (2), Detroit, Arizona, @SF, @Miami).

Fans will be fans. I have visited many team message boards over the years and i don't think I have ever seen a "pick the winner" thread where the vast majority of fans did not pick there own team. I have all the respect in the world for the Patriots but at home on MNF I do like the Vikes chances.

I don't think even the most delusional Viking fan would take Chidress over Belicheck. That having been said I have been really impressed with Childress so far. Although when you take over for Mike Tice it is hard not to look good in comparison.
