My prediction for Day 2:
Don't fall in love with pick #52. So far there have been no RBs drafted, and Cincinnati is picking @ 53/ Green Bay @ 55. I could see someone try to move in front of those two for the RB of their choice. Of course, I have not been right about a whole lot of this draft...
- I've come totally around on Robert Woods and now think that he might actually be a very nice fit for us. Picking up #101 to move to 35 to pick him works for me as well..
- You are a much greater risk taker than I. I worry about Kiko Alonso's past as much as I value the skill set that he...
Only 5 chances this year... Increases my odds for an 0-fer!

45. (from San Francisco) Jabaal Sheard DE/ OLB Pittsburgh

It could be a little bad info. He showed up at the combine @ 274 lbs, which is about 12 lbs more than he played at last fall. He ran a 4.82 40 yard, which is on the good side of average I would say for a 274 lb'er. I am sure that when we look at the film from last fall, he is playing faster...
I like your thinking here, everlong (and your prognostic efforts).
I think that Jenkins, and Johnson will be drafted by 48.
I think that Thompson would rank as a 3rd rounder for us, just based on talent/ fit.
I think that Iloka/ Martin/ Taylor/ Sanu/ Jones fit closer to our later 2nd...
#27 Shea McClellin
#31 trade back- The way I see the draft lining up w/ tiers, I'd like to stay within pick 38. Pick- Reyes, though I wouldn't be be unhappy with Still, or Harrison.
Do you ever come back with any money?
$20- The Patriots draft a player in the top-50 who is not listed, above.
$20- The Patriots draft a DT in the top-50.
$20- The Patriots draft a DE or OLB in the top-50.
$20- The Patriots draft a DB in the top-50.
$20- The Patriots draft a player on offense...
All Saban/ all the time:
Dont'a Hightower
Dre Kirkpatrick
Courtney Upshaw
Josh Chapman
De'quan Menzie
I don't believe that we'll trade up For Richardson, or Barron, so that leaves me w/ one more:
Shea McClellin
re: Win, FAIL, or Meh? USA Today Draft special: Nick Perry, S Hill, A Dennard, L James
Fail
Nick Perry might be a great player going forward, but I don't see him as a fit for the Pats at all. He's about 30 lbs. lighter than any of the DE's we use in our 3/4, or our 4/3 historically, and...
