It's not substandard against the run with Warren and Green back. They just ran up against a team that runs the ball very well in the Saints that have the best guard combination in the league. And noone is as good at celebrating plays as the Houston Texans! :D

I don't see that as a solution. The only reason AD got a sack is he was being blocked by David Thomas, and Thomas came off the ball late anyway. I agree with Belichick that Burgess and TBC are better rushers than Thomas. Burgess had some good rushes against the Colts.

Jerraud Powers is our best secondary player, that kid is a stud. Hayden used to be good, but has been hurt for about 16 straight games now. Jackson could never cover 1/10 as well as Powers, he's a zone guy all the way. Powers has made a huge difference.

It shouldn't be stunning considering that the Colts play a soft Cover 2 where all of your receivers are wideopen bc we give 10 yard cushions. Now if we played man to man like you do, then you may have a question.

Ogden got absolutely embarrassed on national TV twice. So you couldn't be more wrong there. One of the reasons that the Colts have always beat the Ravens is bc of that matchup. Freeney has only played Pace once, same for Jones.

Pace was a great matchup bc he was really strong, along with athletic. Vollmer may be athletic, but probably isn't nearly as strong. Long arms is far from a cure all, if it was, Jonathan Ogden wouldn't have gotten embarrassed by Freeney every matchup. Or Joe Thomas wouldn't have gotten pushed...
