Keep checking the Ticketmaster site for resale tickets (there are tons available). By Friday or Saturday, I suspect they'll have dropped some. I find that usually 1-2 days before a game they are cheapest. Same for SeatGeek, although lately it appears the prices on Ticketmaster have been...

He is a veteran presence on a mostly young defense (he was a captain last year, along with McCourty on defense). $4.75M is not a significant expense for a quality starter. I note that, per Miquel's cap page, he is not even in the top 10 cap hits for our team. $2M in savings is not significant...
I stand corrected. I could have sworn I read from either McCann or Wallach that only the grant of the petition would stay the suspension, but FRAP 41 clearly provides otherwise. In any event, I'd be willing to bet we'll have a decision on whether the petition is granted before the season...
No. I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but Brady is currently suspended. In overturning Judge Berman's decision, the Second Circuit reversed and remanded for further proceedings, and reinstated Brady's suspension. If, however, the Second Circuit grants a rehearing en banc, I believe this...
Last year, we lost a case before the Second Circuit at the very end of January, and our petition for rehearing en banc was denied in mid-April. Amicus briefs were filed in our case too. So that was 2.5 months, and Brady is basically at 1.5 so far (I believe his petition was filed on May 23)...
I would say that Mason and Thuney are roster locks, with Jackson, Cooper, Kline, and Karras battling it out for two other spots. I suspect Karras is probably going to be cut, or catch a case of the Foxborough Flu.
My apologies, I misread. Bush v. Gore was the Supreme Court's decision that effectively resolved the 2000 presidential election. It involved Equal Protection claims (basically that different standards were being used for in different counties in FL for the recount). Ted Olson, who is one of...
The NFL's insurers sued the NFL for an order saying that the insurers were not liable to provide coverage for the $1 billion+ in costs relating to the concussion litigation. Earlier, the NFL had sued its insurers to require them to provide coverage.
The biggest FU we could possibly bring is for the team to just keep winning. But we do need to support TB12, and hopefully even Vichy Bob Kraft can come up with something to do that. I'm sure Kraft won't do anything to piss off Fuhrer Goodell, but he'd better do something to support TB12.
The fact that there is a dissent, by the chief judge no less, helps a bit. Note also that the Second Circuit has a reputation for rehearing far fewer cases en banc than most of its appellate counterparts. In 2010, en banc cases were only 0.03% of the total docket (that isn't a great statistic...
It merely goes back to Berman so that he can confirm the Second Circuit's decision (absent a re-hearing en banc, or certiorari to the Supreme Court). Berman would have nothing else to do.
