Brock was a Rick Smith/Bob Mcnair guy. McNair said after the 2015 season that they were going to get a QB, so they pick a dude they didn't even interview with.

Brock went from potentially being the staring QB of the defending super bowl champion to the Browns, who might flat out cut him. Someone needs to be on suicide watch.
