The Dynasty Series: Bill Belichick is mean, holds players accountable and makes them work hard. However, nobody complains when they are holding a Lombardi and making money. BB was one of the few that didn't throw anyone under the bus. Kraft on the other hand couldn't wait to talk about BB flaws...
I agree. IMO the best case scenario for the pats is to get lucky with a vet on a cheap deal until a rookie is ready. I wouldn't mind seeing Zappe with a few weapons and an improved offensive line.
I agree. Everything was great when we were going to superbowls and 14-2 seasons were the standard. I do think Kraft should have prioritized player amenities before building a new video board and lighthouse.
I am on board with letting Trent Brown walk. Trying to constantly motivate him is a waste of time. To bad because he could be a solid tackle if he gave a consistent effort.
I am excited that Mayo is bringing in experienced coaches on the offensive side of the ball. Sounds like McAdoo is a very good QB evaluator which is what we need if we pick a QB at #3.
Thank you coach Belichick for providing my friends and family memories that will last a life time. You are the goat and the fans were fortunate to have you be our coach for 24 years. I hope to see you on the sidelines soon coaching your way to the NFL wins record.
I am split on if I want McDaniels or someone from outside the organization to be the OC. McDaniels is good but now might be a good time for someone to bring in fresh ideas. Like you said, it is very important for the organization to hire a good staff on both sides of the ball. The OC has been a...
I wouldn't be surprised if BB wanting total control could be a deal breaker. If I was an owner I wouldn't want to be looking for a new coach, front office staff and assistant coaches in three years. I would be interested in BB being my head coach only and have him build a solid coaching staff.
I agree. I am sure it was a hard decision to move on but Mr. Kraft has to do what is best for the team. With a top 3 pick and money to spend in free agency, now was the time for new leadership. Thank you BB for all your hard work that resulted in 6 Lombardi's and 20 years of greatness. You are...
If what Curran is saying is true and the Kraft knew they were moving on from BB back in November, why is it taking so long to finalize their decision? Especially if Mayo is the next coach.
