It was actually called a catch on the field but on a replay that was cut short, the ball actually hit the ground and Mitchell fell on it! I was screaming for Brady to snap it quick or Atlanta would challenge but they never did... I'll take it though haha.
I'm just really surprised they traded him the day after the game when they have the whole bye week to work out a better deal... Belichick must've been really mad when he saw the tapes last night.
I was wondering where Chris Chase went........ this guy made a living out of stupid click bait articles on Yahoo and now I guess he found a position at Fox Sports. Chris Chase just writes **** to get reactions.
I like Lloyd but I think he's too damn slow. He looked great last night but I think he's only good for circus catches because of his speed. Pats should look for a good young speedy receiver during the offseason instead of more slow veterans.
I agree. I think they should stop having McCourty returning kicks. He hesitates way too much when he sees blockers...just choose a path and take it. Often times I see him run up until a blocker comes close then he just stops dead in his track to decide where he wants to go and gets tackled...
Ridley just needs to learn to take care of the damn ball. Watch him carry the ball, a lot of times he doesn't even secure it in his arms. With his wild way of running, it scares me sometimes. Belichick might not have him in the starting lineup next game but he's still our featured back.
I can't believe Arrington is still on the damn team. I thought they released him a while ago. I'm scared of our secondary. Dennard and Talib... that's all we got. If any of them goes down, we're screwed.
I love Willie McGinest, one of my favorite Patriots, favorite being Troy Brown. I'll always remember two of his plays, the stop at the one yard line against the Colts, and the blocked punt that he thought ended the play but the other team picked up the ball and ran it in for a touch down.
