Things seemed to flow fairly well last night; I timed out a few times in the 4th Q though. This is by far and above the best Pats forum, it's expected it's going to take a big hit during games.
So frustrating coming on here and other forums and reading stupid one line comments like "oh he sucked" at least there are a few people that understand what is actually going on and why things happening... example:
Chung will be fine in a regular game with the proper people filling their...
I've seen it a few times now (as most of us prob have) he didnt grab for his knee, as he was falling back on the ground he grabbed his legs and kinda brought them to his chest, it's a normal reaction...
Butler again looked fantastic both on special teams and as a CB. I personally would rate him as one of our top 3 CBs right now and expect to see him getting a good amount of playing time when the regular season starts. That was one of the few positives I took out of the game last night.
IMO - The goal wasn't to win this game but to set scenarios and get the bubble players as much time as possible to make that call on who to cut and keep. I think that was accomplished last night and it's much more obvious who the busts are (Wheatly.)

I don't think it's a question of how long BB wants to keep Brady out there but more of an issue on how long he wants to keep the OLine starters out on the field. 2 series is likely, but I wouldn't be suprised to see a full quarter.
I thought Meriweather did a pretty fantastic job last year of stepping up.
This year he's going to be a animal with interceptions if he can improve his hands. He had a few opportunities last year that just slipped through but at least he got a hand on those balls and knocked them down or...
Hey all.. just signed on after being a lurker for more then 2+ years. Not sure why I waited this long but regardless here I am.
Been a Pats fan since I was 6 or 7.. I don't have season tickets but I try to get to a game or two every year. Living in CT and about 10 minutes from Uconns field...
