That's about all Bill Belichick is good for without Brady. At least people can stop thinking that he is some sort of coaching genius. A loss to Miami? At Home? Didn't Miami struggle to win A game last year? This is not good.

Sure the Raiders are in bad shape, but they just whooped up on a Chiefs team in KC, the same KC team the Pats struggled to win against in their own backyard.
Some people might favor the Raiders over the Pats at this point.

Neither the Pats or the Bills play any decent teams at the start of the year. It's gonna be hard to tell who's the team to beat. The Bills get Oakland at home next week, and the Pats are playing the Dolphins. Both easy wins for each team. With such a weak schedule for the East, it's tough to...
It's really hard to grade on an ABCDF scale.
You really have to look at it like how they score the gymnastics at the Olympics. Two part score, one for degree of difficulty and one for execution.
He gets a really good score for execution, but starts with a really low difficulty level...

There were some accusations of this type of stuff against the Pats a while back, weren't there?
Coles was VERY upset about Pennington being cut. Pennington had to talk with Coles and tell him that it would be alright. Coles had refused to speak with anyone (reporters) since Chad was released. Now that he is talking, I think his head is somewhere in Vince Young - land.
Colts looked confused on offense without Saturday to make the line calls. Manning was hurried. The bears had great pressure up the middle. I think Jeff Saturday has a lot more to do with the success of that offense than thought.

It's also much easier to believe that pollard was not trying to injure, compared to a guy that deliberately tries to poke other players in the eye. (wilfork)
