Marquise did not have the numbers on the field, but it was still a tragic and untimely death. It is a sensitive issue and it is best not to use the jersey at this point. That being said I agree that we eventually have to move forward and this number shouldn't be retired.

It is hard to compare different positions but from that list I would say Ed Reed. Although if Urlacher was healthy I would have picked him instead.

I have a great deal of respect for Marvin Harrison, and will give him the benefit of the doubt. That being said if he is in anyway involved, I expect to see a pacman type suspension or worse if he actually pulled the trigger.

Hey any of you guy think that they were targeting Rivers by moving down to the 10th pick? I am only wondering since Mayo may have still been available a little bit later in the round. Then again they probably had a hard time trading the pick, due to the cost.

Reiss made a good point on why they won't take a CB with the 7th pick. He said that, if they truly wanted to pay a corner that kind of money they would have worked out a deal with Asante, instead of paying a unproven player. I don't see them using that pick if both Chris Long and Vernon...

Re: Hall to get 70 mill from raiders Probably, if Hall signs for 70 mill over 7 years thats 10 mill a year and it probably is top 5 money. Raiders having Hall and Asomugha, that is probably one of if not the best cornerback duo in the NFL.

Agreed, seeing Brady take apart the Jags D was really satisfying. The fake statue of liberty was great. That definitely was the best game Pats game this season, it wasn't a blowout although the Pats did break away in the 4th quarter. Again the Fake statue of liberty was amazing!!!!!!
