I could be wrong, but I don't believe Kraft forfeited the right to still take legal action against the NFL. Will he back up his talk with action? We shall see.
I had to Google this Felger guy because I'd never heard of him. He sounds pretty rational to be honest.

To me, Kraft's capitulation trumps everything else. By saying he was going to accept the fine and the loss of the draft picks, he basically agreed that the balls were tampered with and that Brady knew about it.
I know that what I just said doesn't set well with most of the people here, so...
Well's report aside, how does a rational Pat fan believe Bob Kraft would throw Tom Brady under the bus if he believed he was innocent. You must think Kraft is the most despicable human being on the face of the planet.
I'd like to tell you what my opinion is based on:
First of all, to think that an NFL owner who believes his QB is innocent, would give up a first round draft choice and $350.000, and do it "for the good of the league", is ludicrous. Any owner, even your Bob Kraft, would fight to the death if...
Don't hate on me Pat fans, but this is how I see it going down. Goodell gets Brady to fess up to something (not exactly sure what) and the suspension is reduced to 2 games. Both sides then say nice things about each other and everyone moves on.
OK guys, I said in another thread that my post there was going to be my one and only post on the subject, but I can't help myself.:) Please tell me why Kraft suspended JJ and JM if he truly thought they did nothing wrong? Did he think that would placate the critics and the issue would be...
OK Pats fans, I in no way want to get in a argument with you guys, and this will be my only post on the subject, but how do you square the fact that Brady was uncooperative with investigators?
After further thought, I'm not blaming Carroll anymore for the call. His reasoning about running Lynch on 3rd and 4th downs with a timeout in between if need be made sense to me. I now look at it more as a great play by Butler and poor execution on our part. Kearse should have been able to move...
Congratulations Patriot fans. All I can think of is what a stupid call that was. We most surely could have ran Lynch several times and scored. Our OC Bevell should be fired and Carroll should have to explain why he didn't intervene and call off the play.
It's going to be an epic battle tomorrow Pats fans. Nothing like our shellacking of Ol' Noodle Arm and the Broncos last year. It could come down to which one of these great coaches makes the most brilliant or gutsiest call.
