What works in the PATS favor is the following:
Matt has to PROVE, PROVE, that whatever footage he has in his possession that the following occurred:
1. Prove The PATS Told him to video tape the footage
2. Prove that Bill and/or staff had...
The simple fact is:
Videotaping is NOT illegal or a crime, it was an NFL rule that was broken.
So there is no criminal element to this investigation..just sour grapes from the media and idiots jealous of the PATS' successes.... :rocker:
Yet, MATT has to PROVE that BILL or the PATS AUTHORIZED Matt to video tape or record anything.... can he prove this? Hardly.... the PATS could easily say, we had no knowlddge of this video taping incident(s) never knew Matt was doing this, etc....and Matt look s like the disgruntled...
you'd have to prove damages...what are the damages? Someone HAS to prove the PATS USED the tapes or video etc DURING THE GAMES...to their advantage, and that is simply not possible....did the PATS vdieo tape, but never used the footage because it was nothing new, or lame? which play was...
But still not receive any protection from the NFL or the PATS....,there is no criminal act involved, videotaping is not an illegal crime, it's an NFL rule, not federal law.........so there will be no protection for an interview/hearing/independent investigation.....once he has ILLEGAL evidence...
