The only thing fishy is your underwear. Now go take a shower, change that underwear and then come back fresh and clean. Just kidding, of course. I think you meant to say uncanny, not fishy.
Oh the irony: "It's the hoosier thing to do..." And of course the Hoosiers just got busted for cheating.
This reminds me of that cartoon, King of the Hill. Sadly, at least 51% of the people in Indiana really are that stupid. :singing:
According to EEI, Moss has not been franchised.
ETA: This was on the Big-O, they say according to Reiss' blog. But, that doesn't mean Moss has not been signed. They just can't announce that yet if he has a contract. So all is not lost.
Yes, BB should resign, it's the right thing to do. While we're at it, every player who has ever committed a facemask, offsides, false start, holding, illegal motion, chopblock, horsecollar, encroachment, intentional grounding, unsportsmanlike conduct, or any other penalty or rules infringement...
LOL...Dolphins still undefeated, yes, but what I don't get is what is the steakhouse undefeated in? It's not even the best steakhouse in Miami. The best is the Capitol Grille, which ironically started in New England (Providence). I can't think of any city I've been to that has a Shula's and...
I totally agree, the NFL has become the WWE. Roger "Vince McMahon" Goddell spent all season scripting the game and the entire two weeks before the game getting the two teams to practice. You have to hand it to him. His gem was that special play where he had Eli elude a sack, chuck the ball...
Hmm, pick up option on Stallworth or trade a high round draft pick for The Chad for similar dollars. If we can resign Moss, I think I can settle for Moss, CJ, Welker, plus others. Now I'm putting my hands together like I'm praying and looking up to the heavens. :D
This post keeps moving to the top. I keep waiting for it to fall off and it keeps getting new life. Since it's at the top, can we just not respond and let this die. It's obvious how stupid the argument is and simply has no merit. If the mods don't close it, just don't respond. Thank you. ;)
No, I did not say lose one game and still have a perfect season and a championship. I know that obviously can't happen. What I said was, "...lost that game and the perfect season in exchange for the championship." In other words, end the regular season 15-1 and therefore no perfect season but...
I don't think we'll ever know what would have happened. But one thing I do know is that I would gladly have lost that game and the perfect season in exchange for the championship. I'm pretty sure the Pats feel the same way.
The bottomline is that if there was anything, it was not called. No call = no foul. Was he in the grasp? It doesn't matter. The clock says 00 and there's a parade in NYC today. Done. Let's get over it and move on to next season.
