    NAME this GAME :SB 51

My take: The Great Resurrection Sunday-bowl

VIDEO: Dolphins neglect to block for Tannehill on final play

Uhh, WOW what was that? Even if we give them the benefit of doubt and say they missed the snap count it does not excuse never even moving from your position to protect your QB. That was the most FU statement i have ever seen in professional football.

    Steven Jackson!

We can never know on any individual call who is responsible for the play. TB has complete freedom to change any call at the line of scrimmage based upon what he sees. So to make the statement that Josh gets way too cute is a tough one to assign. That being said if we judge based on the overall...

Sports Illustrated: Gronk wouldn't be Gronk if he didn't play for Patriots

FWIW all teams have a system otherwise why have a coaching staff at all. That being said it is my observation that BB's system is perhaps the most fluid system in the NFL. The BB system is not dictated by scheme but rather by Personal. Which means the players who make the team out of training...

When you say “the fix is in” what do you mean?

Your scenario is plausible only if one ignores the "NO CALLS" on our opposition. In order to do what we suspect they have done their has to be much more than a non and wink. IMO there were far too many non-calls on Denver for this not to be a bag job. I do believe had we had been healthy this...

Schefter: Gronk out a week or two at most likely

I agree that we do not bring him back until he is ready but i do not think Houston will be a cake walk especially without Hightower or Collins. They appear to be coming together for Obrien and look night and day from earlier in the season.

Loss of Jody Nelson exposes Aaron Rogers:

Irony is that if Brady's receivers had dropped TD passes like the Packers receivers had, I'd bet good money Brady would have gone ballistic and those guys would be benched, and you'd all be screaming for them to be benched. I'll just finish by saying it may be a down year for the Rodgers and...

Loss of Jody Nelson exposes Aaron Rogers:

What we are seeing out of GB right now is that Aaron Rogers without an elite receiver is definitely not the best QB in the NFL. Much like Culpepper of the Vikings when he lost Randy Moss, Aaron can no longer look elite without his elite receiver on the other end. TB is the goat without needing...

Game Thoughts: The Pats beat the Bills and Gene Steratore's rogue whistle edition

My take on that hit was it was illegal from the kit-go as the player lead with his Helmet which is by definition spearing. Regardless of where the contact was made.

Game Thoughts: The Pats beat the Bills and Gene Steratore's rogue whistle edition

With all due respect to the unbiased in this world what the refs did was fair to both sides. The refs restored the play to its point of least success, IE the point of the Amendola catch with no YAC. Thus both teams were treated fairly and that's about the best you can hope for in that situation.

9/25: NFL STILL Digging The Hole Deeper Against Brady

My take on this report is that the *NFL is simply keeping the pumped primed, milking the cow for the last few drops of milk and turning over slots hoping one is a quarter. Look they had ESPN do the hit piece right after the Berman ruling and now this BIG UNNAMED SOURCE with a fairy tale...

    Berman's Dilemma

These are some of the places where Goodell screwed the pooch. 1. The Wells Report and the Discipline was based on a portion of the CBA that does not apply to players but only too owners, managers and coaches. Because only owners, managers and coaches receive hand books that deal with...

Brady v. NFL Court Hearing Thread (8/31) - Live Update and Tweets

I think i am really taking a liking to Judge Berman, He is dragging the puppet master from behind the curtain and exposing him to the whole world. Judge Berman is also showing the demigods of the NFL that there are Powers in this nation too which they do have to answer and obey. Three cheers for...

OT: Drew Brees Walks Home After a Practice.

My view of Culpepper has always been he is the QB that MOSS made.

POINT TWO THREE!!!!! 8/30: Curran Sums Up THE Single Most Important Point

I have only one suggestion that i think might drive the point home more concisely, Type it or say it this way 0.23 psi So Roger whose integrity are we really talking about

The D&C Show: Mortensen is lying about the Krafts apologizing

Well while i am not a lawyer i see the NFL attempting to defraud Tom Brady out of 1.88 million dollars of lawfully due income with a fraudulent prosecution for violating a rule that was never broken. Rico may be the only way to bring this out of control monster to heel. Only problem is, as i...

Things that would need to be believed in order for a ball tampering scheme to have taken place

Here's a YouTube link where NFL uses the term deflate for weight loss. hmmm not so absurd anymore.

Official Brady Appeal Thread: D-Day Tuesday June 23rd

My understanding is Brady testified for 2 hrs and then stayed until the end to hear everything.

Official Brady Appeal Thread: D-Day Tuesday June 23rd

That 20 or 30 min is an appeal upon the actions and evidence presented in the Lower Court which only covers the outline of their case, then the appealing party and the prosecutor submit briefs which detail all their arguments which the Judges will review and debate to come to a ruling. The NFL...
