I'll give him a mulligan on this one given his inactivity, especially since we got the W. He's smart, we know what he is capable of... you know damn well he's going to take his lumps from TB12 and the coaching staff behind closed doors... He'll learn from this and be a force going forward...
You don't think the league could have announced this last night and gotten out in front of it? Ninja, please.
Of COURSE they had to let the media and haters take it and run with it for 18+ hours first.
Yeah, it's great that the NFL "let us off the hook" on this one but you know damn well they...
The crowd needs to be loud and rowdy-- a good banner raisin' will ensure that.
But after that, there needs to be ear-splitting venom directed at one particular Commissioner Delta Bravo. The Steelers will merely be collateral damage.
I'd give anything to fly in from Minny and be a part of it...
Usually I laugh at the people who hate on the Pats, but this double whammy via the press today has my blood boiling. The league isn't even being subtle about it anymore.
Kraft needs to grow a set and take the gloves off, if this how they want to play.

Even the local talking heads here don't take him too seriously, they...

The longer this goes, this has to be looking better for Team Brady, right?
I mean, if he's ruling for the NFL and dragging his decision out, TB12's gunna need time to get his injunction filed... and the clock be tickin'...
I'm in agreement with the line of thinking that the Judge wants to make his ruling as difficult to appeal as possible.
I'd be stunned if he does not rule in Brady's favor based on everything we've seen and heard.
Now, if you'll excuse me, I need to go take a Chris and wipe my Mortensen. ;)
Agreed. Would much prefer Cassel over Lindley in the #3 role. At least he's familiar with the offense and Jimmy'd have two experienced guys to groom and mentor him.
Besides... in the (unlikely) event that TB12 sits for four games, I'd feel a lot better about having Cassel as my backup behind...
