Hello All,
I met some of you during my visit to Gillette Stadium in 2007 and I just wanted to pass along that I did finally complete my Quest to attend an NFL game in each stadium across the league as a home team fan. My last stadium was the Louisiana Superdome in New Orleans. I also...
My Buffalo Bills were spectacular in the 1990's, running through teams on the way for four straght Super Bowls ... that they lost. The fall from grace was steep and continues to this day. A decade without a playoff appearance, a quarterback carousel that includes Todd Collins, Billy Jo Hobert...
That would be frickin' great! Good for the Dolphins ... go get yourself a quarterback. He's the guy that throws the ball, or in your case the guy that hands it off to the other guy who runs with it.
As a Buffalo Bills fan, believe me I can relate to what it's like to lose a Super Bowl ... or four. It is the worst feeling in the world and no talk of looking at the bright side and look what was accomplished makes it any better. I wanted to see the Patriots win that Super Bowl. I wanted to...
Ouch man, talk about hitting below the belt ...
I was actually in Foxboro last year to watch you guys beat up on the Not-so-Super Chargers week two. Awesome game. With the Bills in the state of disarray that they're in, it was refreshing to watch a fully functional football team take the...
It's nice to see someone take a stand against all of the NFL conspiracy nuts out there that will not let this story die (www.tinfoilonmyhead.com). If it's not going to be killed off by a media that seems intent on keeping this story on life support, it's nice to have a resource that is the...
Definitely like the Kevin O'Connell pick for the Pats. You can't have too many good QB's on your roster and it will be nice to have this kid develop in a QB friendly system, and see what happens. Future trade bait? Maybe. In any case, it's nice to have a reasonable contingency plan in place.
Re: Patriots trade 7, 164 to Saints for 10, 78
Swapping firsts to trade in a late fifth round pick for a mid third seems decent as long as they had Keith Rivers and Jerod Mayo graded equally.
As a first round pick on a team that could use some youth at the linebacker spot, I would hope he can contribute right away, but I share your skepticism.
The knock on him is that he's injury prone, but he has good size and speed. Under the tutalege of Bill Belichick who makes corners out of wide receivers, he should be a contributor.
So assuming they don't trade out of this #7, do they go offensive line and take Branden Albert, D-line and grab Ellis, maybe McKelvin comes off the board.
Hello Pats fans,
I'm new to the group and wanted to introduce myself. I'm a Bills fan living in Detroit. Last year I decided to task myself with a quest to attend an NFL game in every stadium in the National Football League. I was just at the Week 2 game against the Chargers in...
