Parents sue for 100 million over Sandy Hook shooting
Claim seeks $100 million for child survivor of Connecticut school shooting - Yahoo! News
Their child survived but heard "cursing, screaming, and shooting" over the schools intercom. I wonder how the parents of the children that died will feel about this. Will it launch other other law suits against the state? |

I watched the lawyer being asked how what he could sue the state for. His reply "they knew it was going to happen and did nothing to stop it" reporter askes "how did the state know this was going to happen"? Lawyer "they knew it was going to happen and it will happen again." In other words we knew another columbine was going to happen and sandy hook did nothing to stop it happening in sandy hook. Sleazy scumbag low life lawyer. Most of them are but this one in particular.

You cannot sue Bushmaster, as congress and George exempted them from any lawsuits in 2005...
So this lawyer chased this family around, and came up with this ambulance chasing tactic.. what a f..ing low life. This is about facetime or twitter followers, not justice. |

My Dr. Phil theory. The parents are grieving. The shooter is already dead. The mother who unknowingly supplied the weapons is gone. Who does that leave? They want someone to pay. They can't have the school arrested but they can sue. It won't bring them back but it's the only thing they think they can do to fight back.
