This might be OT but how do we know Gronk won't be back by Monday?

Gronk was down here partying with some hotties at The Whiskey Republic on Friday night.
Still in a full cast, but good spirits (and for good reason) :rocker: |
Gronk in a cartoon?
NFL Rush Zone: Season of the Guardians Games & Episodes | NFL Rush Zone: Season of the Guardians | Nicktoons
I didn't know this cartoon show existed... apparently the Patriots are featured in tonight's episode. Gronk and Gost make appearances. Gronk, Gostkowski get animated for Nickelodeon - 7NEWS Boston News WHDH-TV 7NEWS WHDH.COM I noticed this because Deadspin posted an article to a guide to Boston sports stars on The Simpsons |

The home page had a link to a WEEI report with Chris Price and an orthopedic surgeon (forgive me as I cannot remember who the doctor was), where it explains in full detail the extent of Gronk's injury, and a realistic 4-6 week timeframe, with an emphasis towards the longer 6 week period due to the nature of the injury. Considering that the injury happened on Nov.18th, it has really only been 3 weeks at the moment. Personally, I wouldn't expect him back in the regular season, but some have pointed to a potential return for the last game vs MIA to knock any of the rust off before the playoffs. When you factor in the possibility that we may have a bye, it would allow him an extra 2 more weeks on top of the regular season to properly heal. I think that they will be on the cautious side for the "real" season starting in January. |
