OT: Herald Editors & their stories
Just in case there was any question as to why the Herald ran Tomase's fiction earlier this year, this may shed some light on the Herald's business plan and their editor's decision making process. Though this is not about Tomase and the Walsh story, I think it's pertinent because it does give a glimpse in to how the paper is perceived by others, and what they decide to publish - and where they get that info.
Here's a link to the full story, which involved a source of the Herald's - the one and only National Enquirer - to settle a lawsuit for publishing false and defamatory stories. Quote:
