Who "needs" the win more..pats or ravens?

Re: Who will win Sunday night?

I went with us to win, based on a prediction of a better week of practice, more time to develop a realistic replacement method for Hernandez instead of working on the fly, and the fact that this loss stung and woke them up a bit.

As to 'who needs it more?' That's a tough question b/c both teams will still be very much alive with a loss in their respective divisions, but if I had to pick one or the other I would pick the NEP. That is based on the fact that the expectations were incredibly high off of another SB loss, the good draft, and the correcting of some weaknesses. Starting 1-2 would hurt the Pats more than it would the Ravens.

Just my opinion of course. Arguments can be made both ways.

See i think the ravens 1-2 hurts way more based on their rough schedule and tougher division. They have NEVER made the playoffs when they have started 1-2 or worse...this is a big game for them

I'm afraid the Ravens will win handily. The Ravens D will feast on the Pats' offensive line. The Patriots defense will keep things close enough into the fourth quarter but will succumb to too much time on the field and Baltimore will win by two scores. Plus, the Ravens will be amped for revenge, the crowd will be loud, etc., etc.

Hope I'm wrong.

I unfortunate see it this way as well...for now.

The thought of the jets leading the division for even a week makes me

Either this or a 38-17 blowout in favor of Baltimore. This is the single hardest game on the schedule and there is no real shame in losing it. Losing last week doesn't change that.

Hardest game on the schedule is NOT the ravens..houston and 49ers will be even tougher than the ravens.
