Outsourced: Lybian security guarding murdered US Ambassador, & not Marines?
Maybe early reports are wrong, but from everything I've been reading, and have heard on the radio, there were no US Marines assigned to the Ambassadors security detail. His security was made up of Lybians according to reports. Lybians who took him to a safe house, and then told the savage primitives who murdered him that he was there. If this is true, wtf were people thinking?
Assault on U.S. consulate in Benghazi leaves 4 dead, including U.S. Ambassador J. Christopher Stevens - CBS News Wanis al-Sharef, a Libyan Interior Ministry official in Benghazi, said the four Americans were killed when the angry mob, which gathered to protest a U.S.-made film that ridicules Islam's Prophet Muhammad, fired guns and burned down the U.S. consulate in Benghazi. He said Stevens, 52, and other officials were moved to a second building, deemed safer, after the initial wave of protests at the consulate. According to al-Sharef, members of the Libyan security team seem to have indicated to the protesters the building to which the American officials had been relocated, and that building then came under attack. Stevens, 52, was the first U.S. ambassador to be killed in the line of duty since 1979. |

Always thought Marines provided security at Embassies..
I heard something completely different, that the three others killed were diplomats and 8 Libyans were also killed... |

Poor little muslims, remember we have to be gentle and kind, lets wait until we have some more facts, god willing in the end we will probably find out that this was all a mistake, lets all calm down now and take a deep breath, I'm sure our beautiful brave President will get to the bottom of it.

There have been warnings since 2010 that US embassy security was suspect.
