I watched as CSPAN played the audio of the floor vote on amending the platform. It needed 2/3 but from the sounds of it, it didn't have it, might even have lost. So instead of asking for a roll call vote, they just gavelled it in and claimed it was 2/3 in favor. It would have been embarrassing to have it fail.
I'm sure there is a link out there.....somewhere.

I watched it too. Thee amazing part of it was the amount no's to yes's it was the same and they had to do it three times and then tried to say it was 2/3rds yea's. Which was crap and firmley back up the notion in my first post of how far extreme and unrecognizable the democratic party has become.
