Seahawks violate CBA rules, get punished with loss of OTAs

Quote:

“The NFL Management Council and NFL Players Association have determined that the Seattle Seahawks violated the Collective Bargaining Agreement’s offseason workout rules on the prohibition of live contact during one of the club’s organized team activity days. As a result, the Seahawks will forfeit two of their scheduled OTA practices (June 6 and 7) as well as an additional offseason workout day on Friday, June 8.

I doubt Pete is pumped and jacked about this.

Does this taint their season? Or their 2005 Super Bowl appearance?
What about Steve Largent's career?

Stickin' to The Man, eh, Pete?

It's friggin' June and he's overseeing full contact drills? What a jerk.

The need to remove head injuries is the need to remove head injuries. All the NFL needs right now is a player to have a life altering concussion in June.

Unless you really do want the NFL to simply fold.

We should be grateful that Goodell didn't take away our 2013 1st round pick for the incident. And I'm surprised that he didn't suspend Sean Payton for antoher season while he was at it.
