Joe McKnight, crappy backup RB, has a strict diet in the offseason to improve his conditioning...by eating McDonald's every night and gaining 15 pounds.Details to follow.

This is insane. McDonald's is fat-infused nutrition-free garbage. He probably gained 15 pounds of fat, like that guy in the film "Super-Size Me." His cholesterol and blood lipids are probably off the charts. A heart-attack waiting for training camp.
