Are Jordan's comments on Pats indicative of most players?
What's really stood out to me reading Lamon Jordan's comments about joining the Pats is how he repeatedly states how it is a privilege to put on the Patriots uniform and that it means something, etc. The comments are overall extremely reverent and not something you hear often.
This is from his recent Q&A, but I know he also make similar comments upon signing. Quote:
So do you think that Jordan's comments are indicative of what other players around the league still think of the Patriots? |

I think most players would be thrilled to be here. Even Ladanian (with his stupid "they aint tryin" comment) would absolutly love it here. Then again some NFL players simply would not be tough enough to withstand "The Patriot Way".

I'd like to think that Jordan's feelings are indicative of many in the league. But coming out of the Raiders organization, I think Jordan would be honored and priviledged to wear a McDonald's uniform.

Ask the players, past, current and future...
Ask the fans of New England..... There is something very special going on in Foxboro, has been for quite some time. Too bad the media cannot seem to get the story line down. Their loss, Jordan is going to be a very beneficial addition to this football team. |

Frankly, it speaks volumes for the Patriots Brand that it remains at such a high level after how the media pilloried the team last season. |
