I never really doubted that, especially after the way he came back from the 2010 ACL with his rehab supervisor named Brady. Between the engagement and move from Boston to Foxboro and his refusal to even talk contract in a contract year and what he is now saying when he does address the issue... He is the wide receiver version of his QB. Makes the most of his talents, never satisfied to just coast, hyper competitive and mentally and physically tough as nails and permanent chip imbeded in his shoulder but uses it positively, strictly for self motivation. Another perfect Patriot.

Hard to picture him in another uniform. If he outlasts TFB, I could see it. But, as long as TFB is playing for the Pats. I think Welker is here.
