Is it just me or is there an irritating banner at the top of this website.?
That shows nothing but a white banner at the top of the thread. Somehow when I click a thread, the http address doesn't change and it irritates me when I refresh a thread, it just keeps going back to forum main. Someone help me out please?

I solved it. I thought it was a site problem but it was just a browser problem. Thanks.
