Bye week filler - Brandon Lloyd
I wouldn't post a new thread on this, except it's a slow week with the Pats off this weekend.
Take it for whatever it's worth. Rams' Lloyd will follow McDaniels | St. Louis Post-Dispatch Quote:

brady would elevate that guy to top 10 maybe top 5 wr
he makes amazing catches and unlike chambers, doesn't have dropsies |
Re: Bye week filler - Brandon Lloyd
I don't think any WR has had as many highlight reel catches in a season as Lloyd did in 2010. He was ridiculous that season.
If Lloyd is on the Pats next season with McDaniels as the OC and Brady, Welker, Gronk, Hernandez, and Lloyd all stay healthy, then the 2012 Pats would be the first team to ever have four 1000 yard receivers. There's just too much talent there for that not to happen. |
Re: Bye week filler - Brandon Lloyd
I would do it. That instantly solves the wideout problem, and gives us a chance to draft and develop a guy behind him.

Re: Bye week filler - Brandon Lloyd
I'd take him over V.Jax if somehow he was tied with McDaniels. Because he is right with McDaniels. Lloyd was the only real bright spot on that offense when he came to St.Louis...we were close to getting him this season, so Belichick must have some interest and like what he see's from him.

My concern would be how would Lloyd deal with not being #1?

Re: Bye week filler - Brandon Lloyd
if Josh comes back to new england he is not comeing with him Brandon Lloyd is not going to play here for 5 or 6 million per year and that all the pats will offer after they pay Welker top Five WR money
