In Massachusetts this would have gotten him no more than a 6 month continuance without a finding. LA seems to be a bit harsher.

*sigh* I am SO tired of seeing PROfessionals getting busted for pot possession. You're making millions of dollars, why do you need to smoke pot to get your entertainment? You can afford to pay for a lot more interesting activities/entertainment!

When you are a PROfessional and you get in trouble for substance abuse by using POT, that's really inexcusable. You are putting your livelihood at stake there for what, a temporary high?

People in professions that don't mandate drug testing can get away with recreational drug use. Understand the difference??

I'm not really prepared to argue with paragraphs and punctuation about whatever it is you're talking about on an internet forum dedicated to football.

Maybe it's because we play the same dot football game or something, but I'm just going to say that I think your argument has no basis in the reality of this country and/or planet, and will never make any sense outside the confines of the internet soapbox you've created out of outrage-shaped matchsticks.

My intention is simply to make fun of everyone who actually gives a **** what someone else does with their recreational time, recreationally.
