Maybe you or other citizens can be picked up and imprisoned by our gov't, but I personally would never allow that to happen to me or any family member.

Rule #1 - You don't even allow you or a family member to be brought in for questioning without a lawyer present. No lawyer allowed, you don't go.

I answered my door about a month back and the man identified himself as a member of the FBI. My first thought was, "does this guy think I did something wrong?"

Turns out he was inquiring about a neighbor looking for a job in the FBI. But the wierd thing was, he kept saying things that might result in me inviting him into my house. I never invite people I don't know into my home for any reason. But he kept saying things like "Your home looks really nice" and he'd strain to poke his head in my door. Of course I stood in his way and elected to allow him to ask me questions as he stood in my doorway...OUTSIDE.

If the police come to your home to ask you questions, you don't say, "C'mon in officer!"

PR, you wont even have a chance to defend yourself. The bill says they can take you and throw you in prison and keep you in jail for no reason as long as they want without a fair trial!

I still stand by my suggestion never to invite a member of the gov't into your home if they "just stop by".

Biggest mistake by John Q Public....the belief that gov't is your friend.
