Whats with the music and stuff on this page?

Not sure if this belongs here, but what do I need to do make it stop? Besides pressing mute - I'm more worried about computer resources (and if you're wondering, yes.. my computer is ancient).

It's a video ad thing that I've noticed the ad network has been running. I've gone back and forth about the autostart thing, but I've been told - they're "working on it". :mad:

I have what sounds like a talk show, very faint, when viewing this board. What gives? How do I get rid of it, very annoying.

But use noscript sparingly on this website, as it will disable almost all of the advertising.

Oh and you can also donate, cheap 1.50$ a month, which will disable all the advertising. I wasn't aware of this when I made my initial post.
