OPINION: Wes Welker for Ocho Cinco
Straight up trade...would you do it?
|
Re: Wes Welker for Ocho Cinco
No, and neither would they, I don't think. He's more valuable in the slot to us with Moss than Chad would be as a deep threat with Moss.

HELL NO!!
Welker and Ocho Cinco are two different types of WRs. Who plays the slot if we trade Welker? Again no...would love to have him here, but No not for Welker. |

We have Randy as our big play guy and there is NO better, we don't need Ocho Stinko. Wes brings a dynamic that Stinko can't - Going over the middle with reckless abandon and hitting as had as he can. He's a great blocker - Stinko IS NOT. He's a great looker room guy - Stinko IS NOT. I mean I can go on and on. |
Re: Wes Welker for Ocho Cinco
I actually would do it, myself. I love Welker, but it's easier to find someone who does what he does than someone who does what Chad does. Even if it means giving Troy Brown significant playing time for one more year.

Re: Wes Welker for Ocho Cinco
I actually like Chad Johnson better, but Wes Welker is a far greater compliment to Moss than Ocho cinco would be.

Re: Wes Welker for Ocho Cinco
Is there any reason that this is even being addressed?
