Returning vets on the wrong side of the bubble

Which returning veterans who are still with the Pats do you think are in their last month with the team? Some of my thoughts include:

CB: At least one of Butler/Wilhite is likely gone by the numbers. Wilhite seems to be the yet worse of the two.

S: McGowan, Lockett, and Brown are still hanging around, right? One or two will likely be gone, unless you think Sanders or Meriweather will. I don't have a strong opinion as to which.

LB: White is back for now, but there's always doubt about ST-only vets. Otherwise, the cutting may already have happened. Oh, yeah -- Murrell ...

DL: Deaderick seemed to have work ethic issues last year, and there's doubt about his work ethic during the labor stoppage as well. Whoops. I don't have an opinion about the rest of the guys caught in the numbers game.

OL: No opinion.

TE: Cut already happened.

WR: Slater seems like a keeper. But one of Tate/Price/Edelman goes, and I'm voting Tate.

RB: Not obvious that anybody goes. Morris could start the season on the roster with Faulk on PUP. But I'm guessing Morris goes.

QB: Cuts are unlikely.

Specialist: Graham being gone was the only cut needed or likely.

I think they like tate as a return man, just got a wr ocho. so i think price would be on bubble.

Why would they toss Price who has yet to play a game and has had a good camp report?

I think Slater is on the Bubble....a one trick pony at STs is not irreplaceable

Scott O'Brien's raves about Slater in a recent interview give me some optimism that he sticks.

Yeah, I know that's BB's kiss of death, but still ...

Technically, Price played in week 17 last year, and fwiw he had a pretty good game. I'm with you though, I would be very surprised if he got cut.

I think Guyton.. weak in the run and difficulty in coverage of TE's.

Agreed with weaknesses, however he's not a vet, comes cheap and is a decent rotational LB IMO. Belicheck seems to like Guyton

I agree that he's all of those things, but there is almost no way he gets cut.
