This might be old news but Adam Shefter just reported on the NFL network that Justin Smith is expected to become a free agent this Friday and cannot be franchised. He's expected to go fast like AT last year.

Really? The Bengals are letting him walk? Idiots. He's in for a big pay day. Can't see Pats making a run at him given depth at DL. Hopefully he doesn't go to a competitive team ...

Read a report SF would be interested in him. He'd be perfect for that crew of high-priced under-performing FA acquisitions.

Even Mr. Erratic Matt Light kept him at bay most of the last 2 years,The guy is not that good as advertised.
