Salisbury Just Made A Great Point
The big galoot (talking on ESPN's NFL Live) is 100% right on. I can't remember the exact quote, but to the best of my memory he said (paraphrasing):
"If government is going to get involved in the spygate investigation, then it has to be an umbrella investigation. Just like the Mitchell Report didn't go after one single steroid user, don't just go after the Patriots. There are 31 other teams that should be investigated and I guarantee you that some of them have been violating the same rules." |

Then Jimmy Johnson accused the Colts' Howard Mudd of doing it. In baseball, that accusation is enough to get you strung up by the NVTS. |

Re: Salisbury Just Made A Great Point
The Problem is that by the time that happened all the evidence would be gone (I'm guessing when New England got nabbed everyone did quite a bit of erasing and destroying video). So the likelihood of finding evidence is pretty slim, unless someone came forward and admitted to doing so, which again, isn't likely - Ian

I don't get why people on here hate the guy.
He's always been VERY Pro-Patriots. |
Re: Salisbury Just Made A Great Point
I have no idea whether he's pro or anti pats, but he was about the only guy on free radio I could stand to listen to.
he always seemed to have a pretty realistic opinion, from having played. maybe a little hyper, but that's alright -- free radio is a sports desert. |
Re: Salisbury Just Made A Great Point
Wow, so someone on ESPN made a coherent, intelligent point? Consider me shocked. I haven't watched or read that garbage since the loss.
