There is a difference between the lockout being over and a new CBA in place
If that is true,maybe its just letting the players back in as they did in April but no CBA yet?? :confused: |

Kraft said there is a ways to go before there is an agreement.
Kraft: Progress is made, but much work remains There will be a new CBA by July 14th (the drop dead date set forth by the owners for a complete season and preseason), but I doubt it will be in the next two or three days. |
