NFLN carrying Pats Interviews

Just caught part of Rodney and Wes is on now.

They were showing the Giants arriving (on split screen...LOL).

Wes Welker should not be allowed to SPEAK to the media :o !!! ya know???

I love this guy, but DAMB I lost count at 53 "ya know..s" and 14 "I means"

I liked his answer to having Tom back at practice. Said he looked the same as always, still had his dimples...

They just showed Tommy doing the tire drill. :D

Now Junior is on. Still has that hat on. I guess he loves that hat.

I thought media day was tomorrow?

Or are these informal interviews?

Re: NFLN carrying Pats Interviews

They were asking Junior what was different about his career here as opposed to what he was asked or expected to do in SD. He said the difference is the system. More responsibilities than the A or B gap. Made the analogy that you may be a plumber whose primary job is to fix pipes. But here you may be asked to fix the roof one day or work on a tree the next...

Talking a lot about Bill calling him two weeks before the season (2006) and saying I have a job for you. Not lets talk or we'd love to have you on our team (which is what he was hearing from others) but a real need for him. Which all feeds into his chance mentality. He wants to see more veterans given a chance to win. Bill has always been open to just that mentality.

When he does graduate, the league needs to sign Junior up to RUN that worthless rookie program that doesn't seem to get through to most of them thus far.

Media day is, but that's just a circus. Apparently there are HC interviews daily and 6 players made available daily.

They asked him about something Strahan said about him.

Junior said he would like to "break bread" with Strahan and find out why he said it.

I couldn't tell what it was Strahan said but the implication was that it was something not very nice and insulting to Junior

He said what Strahan said was ridiculous

Anyone know what it was Strahan said about Junior???

Sorry Junior, that is one silly looking hat.

Nice of the Giants to finally show up!
