Wind looks steady at 12 mph, temp mid-20s

Doesn't look like wind will be nearly the factor as earlier predicted:

Mid-20s almost sounds balmy compared to the previous forecasts.

It's gonna feel like 11-13 degrees, that'll suck for a certain Southern California football team.

See, this is why worrying about the weather seven days in advance is kinda pointless.

What's the orientation of the field at Gillette (N-S, E-W, etc)? Wind is predicted to be West-Northwest. Would that be endzone to endzone, across the field or diagonally across the field? Drilling down on this far too much. 12 mph probably doesn't preclude anything in the passing game except you want to be a little more careful on long throws.

Check out the weather.com Game Page - the Wind Direction picture shows the wind direction with regard to the direction of the field.

I just moved from New England to Florida 3 Weeks ago and I do not miss that weather at all! It does not take very long to get used to the weather down here. Usually sunny low 80's
Anyway, just letting you guys know there are plenty of New England transplants and snow birds down here in Florida routing the pats on.
Also looking forward to spring training down here.
GO PATS!!!!!!!!

Oh yeah! So, pretty much a diagonal wind. I think Tom has the stronger arm. Rivers looks like he pushes, or shortarms the ball, but he still somehow gets quite a bit of velocity on it. Let's go, game tomorrow, can't wait.
