That's awful. I think it would have been even more effective if they contrasted the happy things the Dems do with what the Republicans would do instead.

Hah, I just noticed what the children are being kept "safe" from, elephants! Good one there. Of course showing the Republican squirrel allowing the children to be squished to death would be better. Maybe a little "POP!" sound effect coming from underfoot as goo leaks out.
