Javon Walker wants out of Denver

http://www.denverpost.com/breakingnews/ci_7850208

Javon Walker dropped the first bomb of the Broncos' offseason this morning.

In a rambling briefing with the press, Walker essentially said he no longer wants to be with the Broncos.

"It's not for Javon," Walker said. "It's not for me."

Walker bounced and back and forth and said that he'll do whatever the Broncos decide but he concluded by saying that being here is not for him.

Walker even suggested a return to Green Bay. The Broncos acquired him from the Packers in April 2006 for a second round draft choice.

Boo hoo. You chose to go to a QB-less team. Deal with it.

Not that I'm drinking the Cutler kool-aid, but the Denvers are, at worse, a middle of the road team at QB.

Javon just got there, what the hell's his problem?

so hes not the main guy anymore, with the emergence of brandon marshall (who i like more then javon)....

What a chucklehead. I'll bet he's extra pissy about the Brett Favre revival now.

They should trade him to Minnesota as punishment, where there is no passing game to speak of.

Javon was so, so, so, desperate to make a pile of dough and get out of Green Bay. Even though he tore up a knee but collected his paycheck nevertheless, for sitting on his arse for the Pack, while contributing zilch.

Now he wants out of Denver. He deserves a healthy dose of rookie QB training. A tour in Atlanta, Miami, KC or Oakland ought to do him fine, for a year or three, trying to catch chucks from Matt Ryan?, Brian Brohm?, Brady Croyle or Jamarcus Russell... If the Jets draft a QB he could go there also, but then KC is virtually a rook so its a good place as well for him. Let him get barbecued by the NY press, and the Jets jolly fandom.

I suspect he hopes to go to the Clots and take Marvin's old job, catching passes from Pay-me-a-ton.
