Terrific breakdowns of the Patriots and Ravens rosters, from ESPN.com's Hashmarks. Really great stuff...

Items of note, despite the love affair with late round draft picks most rosters are made up of players drafted in rounds 1-4. There are the occasional, out of the park homeruns (Brady) but it is rare for a late rounder to become a starter. Next year we have 6 picks in rounds 1-4, time to make some hay.

14 undrafted free agents are on the active roster
1 player drafted under carrroll still exists (Kevin Faulk)
2 players drafted under Parcells still exist (Bruschi, Brown)
Russ Hochstien was drafted by Tony Dungy at tampa (2001)
Junior Seau was drafted in 1990
1990 was before the internet
25 players the pats drafted are still here
22 draftees remain from the Belichick era
2 undrafted players are listed as started (Steven Neal and Pierre Woods) [Wait... Pierre Woods?!?!]
