Interesting, similar things going with absentee ballots being diverted to non gov sources for cleansing.

Boxer illegally using (union) teachers to recruit students to work for her campaign. Guess that is why $$$ goes to the Dept of Ed to payoff the teachers.

The district is suburban with a formerly Republican majority that has shifted Democratic as blue collar migration takes hold.
