That's actually where I'll be watching the early games tomorrow... but I won't be placing a bet on the Pats there (already got 22 earlier).

I got some -35.5 for +280 however though that was online.

25 points is insanity in the normal NFL world.

This ain't normal. The thing that amazes me is how the coach keeps this team focused and energized when they are playing teams like Buffalo. Considering that, and considering a third string safety starting for the Eagles, oh, wow, anything it possible.

C'est possible!

The amazing thing is that the EAGLES are a .500 team, theoretically still in the playoff hunt. Granted McNabb is out, but some consider that a mixed blessing.

I'm actually more concerned (if you can call it that) now that MacDaddyNabb is out. Cuz he blows.

If Jeff Garcia was coming in for McNabb, it might be different. A.J. freaking Feeley? No one in the Pats locker room sees that as an upgrade.

Having this high of a spread isn't crazy. Teams every week blow away the spread. The record the Pats break for biggest spread for tonight's game was once held by the Pittsburgh Steelers who faced the Bucs with a 24 point spread-- but the score was 42-0, so the spread could have been 34 and not 24 and it wouldn't have ended up being out of line.

I don't know what the spread was but Miami beat us 52-0 way back in the "undefeated but never disrespected anyone and should be cannonized" 1972 season.

I'm not going to be happy until we get a -52 point spread. And it's against Miami.

All the Patriots friends and family might go out and bet heavy on the Eagles while the Patriots tune up their running game all night....

Now THAT'S cheating.

Re: Hilton line just moved to -25.5 record high of all time.

5 of the major books now have the Patiots at -25.

Bodog now has the Patriots at -25.5.
