The "War Protesters" don't care now, BUSH IS GONE.

Re: The Wars That America Forgot About
As time marches on we, as a nation, completely become desensitized to the impact on our economy, our warriors and collective society...
Give peace a chance... |
Re: The Wars That America Forgot About
Maybe the electorate realizes that these wars have a purpose?

Edit: I'm not saying genuine criticism for the wars weren't warranted, I'm just saying they're suspect because they disappeared once Bush did. These wars should be a factor in this election |
Re: The Wars That America Forgot About
Slightly off target by the NYT depends on opinion I guess ... the Iraq war officially started during the Clinton years. I was kind of surprised when i learned that some time ago. it started with the Gulf War 1990-1991. Then 1991 - 2003 was the no-fly zone war. Then 2003 the Iraq war.
The reason I say this is because that's a ton of money ... 1990 to present war in that region which makes it 20+ years of war. The History Guy: The No-Fly Zone War (1991-2003) some good links here ... the guy does a decent job. You read this page and you realize how fugged up our world is ... if there's a creator they are sadistic through and through. http://www.historyguy.com/index.html |
Re: The Wars That America Forgot About
The wars are now "Obama Wars" and good God almighty we don't want to say anything to put Beautiful Barry in the same bag as The Hated Bush.
