Ricky Williams Re-Instated

per ESPN. But before it starts.....he is Dolphins property and its past the trading deadline. Can we just be clear on that before this thread starts? Thanks.

Good for Ricky. Always been, and still am, a big fan of his. If the Phins'll have him, he should come in handy.

Thanks for saying that. You just saved 43 inane reply posts.

Interestingly with Brown on IR now the Phins could really use Ricky. Wonder what he's weighing these days? Any info?

Yes but the Fins could release him outright, then anyone could sign him.

The phins need depth at every position. Unless he has just worn out his welcome I don't see them releasing him, and even if they do I doubt he gets past TB on the waiver claims.

Right, but why would they? Now that they held on to him through his suspension they are going to release him after all that time when they could actually use him, either as a player or in a trade after the season and get something out of the asset? That makes zero sense too. I thought I didn't have to say that too, but I guess I did.
